Our lines consist of cooking, starch rinsing, cooling and cutting. Our continuous belt cookers are specifically designed for cooking and cooling pasta sheets for the production of lasagne and cannelloni. Each cooker / cooler is designed according to our customer requirements with a production capacity that can vary from 100 to 500 Kg/hour.
The machine technology for the preparation of ready meals is polyvalent, that is, it can be used for the production of lasagne and cannelloni, and also for cooking short, long and stuffed pasta.
The Vortex is designed for cooking, washing and cooling all types of long and short pasta, as well as filled pasta, rice, vegetables and many other foods. The great advantage in comparison to conveyor belt cookers is the possibility of obtaining large capacity in confined spaces. We have a range of models with outputs ranging from 200 to 4000 Kg/h.
